Tim Tye, Ohio’s Native Son (born in Toronto) releases his latest adaptation of The Language of Nature Collection via his new website, TheLanguageofNature.com. The collection was created in Tennessee in 1999 by the then prominent Nashville talent agent & manager to promote the healing benefits of immersing one’s self into the beauty of the natural world. Using the pseudonym Matthew Henry, his first public release was “The Language of Nature Collection” and became a great success. It was comprised of 12 beautifully written sentiments that speak to the heart about the true value of nature, with accompanying nature illustrations eloquently crafted onto vintage style wooden signs. Known as The Poet of Nature for his nature quotes, his follow up work circa 2003 was the “When the World Burdens You Collection” and it was also widely recognized. “I had just gotten too successful and burned out by all of the work so I went on hiatus from the chaos. With renewed enthusiasm for the project, I’ve spent several months of the past year recreating what I imaged it should be, here nearly 25 years later. I hope to release the body of music “Songs from the Wilderness” that I wrote and recorded to accompany it sometime next year to coincide with the debut of my children’s self-help book.”
He now resides in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia, frolicking in the forests and streams ( . . . seeking grace in every step he takes – John Denver).
